Properties with an enclosed outside space

The Bay Resort was designed to have open communal grounds for all guests to enjoy, but we know some guests want to be able to sit outside safely in the knowledge that small children or furry friends are secure.
We have a number of properties with balconies or fully-enclosed decks which allow guests to have a door open and know that everyone is safe.

These are:

• Bayside, Bempton View, Sailaway – these are all 4 bedroom cottages with a large balcony off the master bedroom
• Silversands House – this is a 4 bedroom cottage with a large balcony off the upstairs open plan living area
• Sandy Shores, Sea Urchins Cottage, Brigg End View – these are all 2 bedroom 2 ensuite cottages with large balconies with sea views off the master bedroom
• Prospect Cottage – this is a 2 bedroom cottage with a balcony off the master bedroom
• Lakeside Retreat, Luna’s Lodge, The Lake House – these are all 2 bedroom 2 ensuite lodges with enclosed decks overlooking the lake
• The Dog House, Alana Bay – these are 2 bedroom 2 ensuite meadow lodges with enclosed front decks

At other properties, you may find metal fencing or rings to secure your dogs, so there are other options if you want to enjoy a break with your dogs and these are not available.
