Our holiday homes are specially designed and equipped for holidaymakers, just a short walk to one of the UK's best child and dog-friendly beaches.

We only provide holidays on The Bay resort, and we have 44 wonderful properties for you to choose from, from a comfortable one-bedroom ground floor apartment up to luxury 4 bedroom villas sleeping ten, with amazing balcony views.

All breaks with us include free use of the resort leisure complex with heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room and gym.

There are other amenities on offer too, including a pub, beauty room, pizzeria, tennis court, table tennis table, playground, shop and arcade.

THE PERFECT BASE FOR EXPLORING

All our properties are ideally located for exploring the delights of Yorkshire.
And just a short walk to Filey beach, one of the UK’s favourite beaches with miles of sand, and rockpools to explore.

Enjoy a day out in one of the many seaside resorts – Bridlington, Scarborough, Whitby or Robin Hood’s Bay are all a drive away.

Or travel inland to the popular towns of Malton, Pickering or the city of York and its attractions.

There are plenty of things to do with young children too, from local farms and zoos, Flamingoland, North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway, Alpamare pool, Scarborough sealife centre, and North Yorkshire Water Park – all just a short drive away.

And if you enjoy nature, you can see puffins and other seabirds at nearby RSPB Bempton Cliffs, watch the seals or dolphins swimming in the bay, or take a stroll along the local beach, Cleveland Way or the coastal footpath.

The Bay is an award-winning holiday village close to the traditional seaside town of Filey, on the North Yorkshire coast, between Scarborough and Bridlington.

Properties are set within landscaped gardens, meadows and lakes, with a footpath down to miles of sandy beach.

All guests booking our properties are given a pass which gives free access to the leisure complex. Guests can also book on any activities provided on site, or join in with any entertainment provided.

"We really enjoyed our stay at the dog house. Comfy beds, nice showers, and everything we needed in the kitchen for preparing meals. Very clean and well-equipped. Whilst there wasn't parking next to the lodge, it wasn't far away at all and there was always space for our car. "

"From the minute we entered the village it was like entering tinsel town- amazing like another land , easily found the bay property. The area was spotless and well signposted. We stayed on 33 Turnberry drive and apartment was luxury, slept up to 10 even though only 6 of us in was so much room so my family and my elderly mam and dad had space. They used the downstairs ensuite bedroom which saved them using the stairs which was fantastic for those with mobility issues. Myself , my partner and 2 kids had adequate space upstairs with 3 massive bedrooms which the kids loved all having tv's in each room. Property was immaculate and could not fault anything - would definitely return and recommend to anyone, perfect for large groups."
