We recently went back to Filey stayed twice at the same place, very cosy, we stayed at Christmas and went back in late January. I would recommend anyone stay here very clean cosy. Love Filey!

We have stayed at many properties on The Bay and quite a few managed by Filey Bay Direct. This cottage rates as one of the nicest , it was excepi ionally clean and has all the facilities you would need to enjoy your stay, Close to the amenities on The Bay and parking very close to the property itself. One very small and minor issue raised during our stay which was dealt with very promptly and effectively by "Paula" and the communication prior to, during and post stay was first class.

The cottage was lovely and had everything we needed. And booking with Filey Bay Direct was very good from the start. Lots of communication and information.

Anchor Down has been with Filey Bay Direct since the start, and as soon as I first walked in, I fell in love with this lovely cottage. It's in a sunny location, and has such a lovely feel. Although not the biggest, if you like cosy, and seasidey, this is a great choice for you. There is also a sofa bed too, so you can spread out or bring more family with you, as we leave 2 extra dining chairs too! There's also a BBQ and lovely area for the children to play as you sit on the patio with a drink and enjoy the sunshine.

Anchor Down Cottage is in a quiet corner of the Bay with a patio with seating, BBQ looking out onto large communal lawn and a boules court. It is a short stroll to the meadows, with parking spaces to the front and side on a first come first served basis. It is about a 5 min walk to amenities and 15 min walk to the beach.
