WELCOME TO Anchors Away

Property Description

Anchors Away Cottage is situated on Sunrise Drive, close to amenities, but with a quiet south-facing patio and gardens. Parking bay just outside and at the rear (first come first served).

Enter through the front door into a hallway with stairs up, and downstairs cloakroom. To your right is a door through to the large open plan living space, with luxury kitchen, dining table and chairs, corner sofa, and a further 2 seater sofa, so plenty of space for all the family. 55 inch TV....

Our stay at Anchors Away was perfect. We were 4 adults and three children. This was our fifth stay at The Bay. We love the convenience of the beach, the walk onto Filey and the wonderful beach cafe at Hunmanby……perfect to access on foot. The house was extremely well kitted out and spotlessly clean. We have already booked for the same week (spring bank) next year!

Enjoyed a 4 night stay at Anchors Away. Very spacious, comfortable and cared for property. Ideal for larger families or groups, didn’t feel on top of one another when socialising in the open plan lounge area. Large communal grassed area outside French doors which felt like your own garden as it was very private. Would definitely recommend this property for larger groups.

Anchors Away is a popular choice at Filey Bay Direct. It has a larger than average living room for a 3 bed cottage at The Bay, and a very well equipped kitchen for those who enjoy self-catering. Both bathrooms have been modernised by the owners, and the third bedroom sleeps 3 so it can sleep 7 - perfect for a larger family or a multi-generational family. The outside space is south-facing and quite private too, ideal for everyone to enjoy. Not far from the meadows or village centre either!

Anchors Away is close to amenities and the meadows, with a sunny outside space to the rear, and parking bays just outside. It is around 15 minutes walk to the beach and just a few minutes to amenities.
