Property Description

Prospect Cottage is situated on Seaford Avenue, a quiet corner of The Bay but still only a few minutes to the village centre.

Enter through the front door into the hall with cloaks storage and downstairs toilet. Through the internal door into the open plan living space. To the left is the well-equipped kitchen with washing machine, new oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, and tall fridge-freezer. Round dining table for 4, and two large sofas and smart TV and DVD player for relaxing...

We really enjoyed our stay here. great property, the balcony off the main bedroom was lovely to sit out on. It was also good having the boules pitch out the back, we took our own set and used it every day. There was a small issue with one of the beds which was sorted immediately. Couldn't have asked for better service! We would definately stay here again.

Had a lovey stay at Prospect Cottage. The location is excellent, the property was the perfect size for us and our two greyhounds and had everything that we required. Paula was attentive and communicated updates upon arrival and departure.

Absolutely lovely holiday property. Really well equipped and well presented. Even managed to get on the balcony for a couple of hours sunshine. Located in the Filey Bay village it's great to get the swimming pool and onto the beach

Prospect Cottage is a unique property on the Bay at a great price point - with a balcony addition so you can enjoy a morning cuppa or evening glass of wine whilst the kids play on the large lawn outside. Furnished to a high standard, with laminate floor throughout (except the stairs) and 2 good sized bedrooms, its a perfect base for exploring the Yorkshire coast. If you are a larger group, then why not consider its sister property, Prospect Lodge which sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms all with ensuites.
