Great location for access to walks along the beach, use of the on-site Gym and pool. Very comfy accommodation.

We had a fabulous stay at Pebble Place. We have 3 children age 17,14 and 10 so this property was perfect for us- plenty of space. The furnishings were modern and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, and the separate lounge was most relaxing. Having 2 teenage daughters the 2 bathrooms was a bonus with the addition of a downstairs toilet too. The location on the site was good- not far from the leisure complex/ pub/shop but quiet at the same time. The children enjoyed the pool. We have not been to this area so enjoyed exploring the area- Filey beach ( and the town itself) is great and we had a nice walk along, the children had an ice cream and we walked back along the coastal path. Scarborough and Whitby were also a hit. Having read previous reviews, i knew there would be things such as hand soaps/ dishwasher tablets/ washing up liquid/ cloths provided - this i find really helps. Also cleaning products were available and a hoover provided too. Thank you for a lovely 4 night stay.

Stayed here for a couple of nights recently and the cottage was lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. It's close enough to Filey to enjoy a day there and there's access to the beach (via a steep path) The facilities on site were hit and miss, the pool was chilly but fine. The pub was ok but the amusements were hit and miss, with many games erroring or not working right

Pebble Place is beautifully-furnished throughout by the current owners and proves to be a popular choice for multi-generational families or families with children. It is one of a few on the Bay with a separate living room with large comfy sofas, across from the new kitchen-diner. The bedrooms are all off a spacious landing, with "the sloth room" ideal for young children, a versatile single/king room for more children or adults, and a master double with its own ensuite. And only a short stroll from the village centre too!

Pebble Place is close to the amenities, around 2 minutes to the village centre and 10-15 mins walk to the beach. On Sunrise Drive, near the archery. Parking spaces across the road on Trinity Way or around the back on Perran Court
